Job Summary
This is a remote position.
We are looking for experienced professionals from teaching education training coaching learning and development or leadership backgrounds who are exploring a more flexible way to use their communication and people skills.
This is a remote self-directed role in the personal development and leadership education sector.
The role involves connecting with people who have expressed interest asking good qualifying questions following up professionally and helping suitable people move through a simple information process.
You may also be involved in generating inquiries through digital platforms using established online systems and training.
This may suit someone who has spent years supporting others communicating clearly guiding learning managing responsibilities and working with people from different backgrounds.
Full training and established systems are provided.
This is not a traditional salaried employment role. It is best suited to someone open to a self-directed performance-based business pathway.
Minimum 8 years of professional work or business experience.
Background in teaching education training coaching learning and development leadership student support recruitment client relations or professional communication would be helpful.
Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with people by phone or Zoom.
Professional organised and able to follow a simple structured process.
Comfortable using online systems and digital communication tools.
Open to personal development leadership education and ongoing learning.
Able to commit consistent part-time hours each week.
