Job Description:

The Center for Leadership Ethics and Service is hiring an undergraduate student to assist with projects related to the Educating Character Initiative. This position supports general program coordination and communications with a focus on keeping things organized and running smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help coordinate events and track RSVPs and guest lists
• Draft and edit written content for website updates (no coding required)
• Source and organize approved images (e.g. from the Mercer Gallery) for use in materials
• Create flyers or other marketing materials using standard tools (e.g. Canva PowerPoint)
• Organize program materials and information
• Provide clerical support such as copying filing data entry and scheduling

Qualifications:

• Reliable detail-oriented and able to manage time independently
• Strong writing and organizational skills
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with Wordpress preferred but not required
• Comfortable learning new tools or processes as needed
• Interest in leadership ethics or service-related topics is helpful but not required

Pay Rate: 15$/hr
