Job Summary

Job Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
Masters degree in nursing or healthcare education preferred
Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical nursing or staff development preferred
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in South Carolina
Advanced certification such as ACLS PALS TNCC ENPC required
Certification in Nursing Professional Development (CNPD) or other relevant certifications preferred
Exceptional teaching coaching and communication skills.
Proficient in instructional design and the use of simulation-based training methods.
Ability to work in a fast paced high stress environment while maintaining calm and clear communication.
