12-Hour Rotating Day Shifts: 7:00am 7:00pm
As our ECO Solo Operator youll be the master of your machine. Youll operate sophisticated folder/gluer equipment ensuring top-quality paperboard packaging production while maintaining our high standards for safety and efficiency. This isnt just running a machine youre solving problems optimizing performance and playing a key role in our production success.
Main responsibilities include:
Operating and setting up folder/gluer machinery with precision
Ensuring product quality and meeting production targets
Conducting preventative maintenance and housekeeping
Reading work orders and following detailed specifications
Troubleshooting issues and collaborating with support teams
Contributing ideas to improve efficiency and machine performance
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years machine operation experience
Folder/gluer experience is a plus but well train the right candidate
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Ability to read measurements and use hand tools
Basic math skills and computer literacy
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Reliable attendance and flexibility to cover shifts when needed
Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Standing for 812 hour shifts
Comfortable with bending reaching and working with your hands
Competitive hourly rate with shift differential
