As an Early Talent & Corporate Recruiter youll support recruiting efforts for Hurons Early Talent & Corporate Recruitment teams by helping identify top talent deliver a positive candidate experience as well as drive impact through our best in class early talent programming.

This role is well-suited for someone early in their career who is eager to learn recruiting fundamentals develop strong stakeholder communication skills and grow within Talent Acquisition.

Recruiting Support & Coordination

Partner with a Recruiting Lead and TA teammates to support recruiting plans and day-to-day hiring activities.

Help manage multiple open roles by tracking progress updating stakeholders and flagging risks or delays.

Prepare candidate updates interview schedules and hiring status reports to ensure clear communication.

Conduct initial resume reviews and screen candidates to assess basic qualifications and alignment with role requirements.

Support outreach efforts and maintain timely professional communication with candidates.

Help ensure a positive organized candidate experience throughout the interview process.

Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates recruiters and hiring teams.

Demonstrate strong attention to detail organization and follow-through.

Show curiosity and openness to feedback while building recruiting business and market knowledge.

Escalate questions or issues appropriately to ensure alignment and candidate care.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in business HR Communications Psychology or a related field.
  • 12 years of experience in recruiting HR campus recruiting recruitment coordination or a customer-facing role (internships welcome).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort working in a collaborative team-based environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Outlook Excel); familiarity with ATS tools or LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus but not required.
  • Experience using CoPilot Claude or ChatGPT is beneficial
  • Chicago location preferred
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.

The estimated base salary range for this job is $55000-$75000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors including but not limited to specific skills or certifications years of experience market changes and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Hurons annual incentive compensation program which reflects Hurons pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity the total estimated compensation range for this job is $60500-$82500. The job is also eligible to participate in Hurons benefit plans which include medical dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
