We provide family-centered services to infants and toddlers with developmental delays and their families helping children reach their developmental goals while supporting caregivers through guidance resources andcollaboration.Thisis an excellent opportunity for Social Workers who enjoy working directly with families providing meaningful support and being part of a collaborative team.

Job Responsibilities

• ProvideEarly Intervention social work servicesbased on Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) goals.

• Providefamily support counseling advocacy and resource coordination.

• Completefamily assessmentstoidentifystrengths needs and availablesupports.

• Participate inIFSP meetings evaluations reviews and transition planning.

• Collaborate withservice coordinators therapists developmental specialists and early intervention providers.

• Support caregivers in addressing barriers and promoting their childs development.

• Completeaccurateandtimelydocumentation according to program and agency requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Current Maryland LCSW-C or LGSW license

• Experience working withchildren and families preferred

• Early Intervention/IDEA Part C experience is a plus

• Reliable transportation
