The Award Winning Speech Momi LLC a staple in the therapeutic community is growing its On-Site Early Intervention Team (SLPs OTs PTs Specialized Instructors) within local communities.

Under the direction and supervision of Speech Momis Director the Early Intervention Provider assists in supplementing enhancing and extending therapy services by completing a variety of tasks such as but not limited to direct activities with clients designed to develop and enhance skills within the 0 - 5 year old population.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Conducts screenings using the protocols developed by the supervising Director;

Provides direct developmental services to children and parents;

Follows and implements documented treatment plans while monitoringclient progress;

Assists other multidisciplinaryteams during the peak of client reviews and intakes/assessments;

Adapts or modifies instructional materials as determined by the targeted treatment objectives;

Assists in maintaining client records tallying data preparing charts records graphs and reports;

Assists in sharing online multidisciplinary input with requesting families and medical practitioners;

Implements behavior management programs as designed by certified ABA/Neuro staff;

Attends online and on-site clinical team meetings on an as needed basis

Education and Experience:

Masters Degree from an Accredited Graduate program

Licenses and Certificates:

Current registration with a Board of Therapy (SLPs OTs PTs) or Instructional SPED Board (Specialized Instructors)

Knowledge of:

Therapeutic equipment materials and procedures;

Developmental delays/disorders;

Learning patterns in both children and adults;

Behavior management techniques and strategies;

Routine record keeping.
