This full-time year-round position starts at $20.19 per hour with typical hours of 7:45 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. Join our team and make a positive difference in young childrens lives every day.

What Youll Do

As an Early Head Start Teacher you will be a vital part of a collaborative classroom team providing high-quality care and education in a supportive this role you will create a safe nurturing and engaging environment for infants and toddlers; support their development through intentional play and learning activities; build strong respectful relationships with families; and ensure the well-being supervision and daily care of the children in your classroom.

Required Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education (infant/toddler focus) or Infant Toddler CDA credential
• At least 1 year of related experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education or Human Development (infant/toddler focus)
• Experience with Early Head Start programs
• Experience working with infants/toddlers teen mothers or families experiencing homelessness
• Bilingual skills in languages spoken by the families we serve
