- Contribute to projects that help deliver reliable power and clean water to communities around the world
- Learn and apply industry-leading automation and digital technologies
- Collaborate with experienced engineers and cross-functional teams on real customer solutions
- Develop technical project and problem-solving skills through hands-on work and mentorship
- Explore emerging technologies including simulation virtualization and remote support platforms
- Share ideas ask questions and help drive continuous improvement
- Build a strong foundation for a long-term engineering career while making an impact from day one
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science or a related technical field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of engineering fundamentals and problem-solving methodologies
- Strong analytical thinking and curiosity
- Ability to learn new technologies and adapt quickly
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to travel up to 30% in North America
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Internship co-op research capstone or other hands-on technical project experience
- Exposure to automation controls software simulation or related technologies
- Experience working on team-based projects
- Leadership experience through student organizations athletics volunteer activities or engineering clubs
- Passion for technology innovation and continuous learning
