Eagle Crest HOA Manager Controller

KEY SKILLS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Financial Leadership & Performance

• Lead daily financial operations including reporting payroll AP/AR cash management and audits
• Oversee month-end close profit analysis and variance reporting
• Develop budgets forecasts and annual operating plans with department leaders
• Ensure the accuracy of financial statements and monthly forecasts
• Identify trends risks and opportunities to improve profitability

Compliance Controls & Risk

• Maintain strong financial controls to protect assets and sensitive data
• Manage tax collection posting reconciliation and banking activities accurately
• Ensure compliance with reporting standards and documentation requirements
• Conduct regular balance sheet reviews to reduce risk and improve accuracy
• Support audit readiness and operational integrity across the hotel

Team Leadership & Collaboration

• Coach mentor and develop team members for strong performance
• Build effective cross-functional partnerships across departments
• Set clear expectations and provide ongoing feedback and accountability
• Promote professionalism integrity and ethical leadership
• Foster a collaborative culture that supports hotel performance

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting and 5 years of finance leadership experience ideally in hospitality or a similar industry
• Strong experience in budgeting forecasting financial reporting and analysis
• Proven ability to lead coach and develop accounting teams
• Strong communication skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and hotel systems
• Strategic thinker with high integrity and the flexibility to meet business needs
