Collaborate with manufacturing inventory operations fulfillment and logistics teams to ensure accurate product availability efficient order processing and an exceptional customer experience from purchase through delivery.
Partner with developers designers and cross-functional stakeholders to define website functionality integrations APIs data architecture and digital commerce enhancements.
Evaluate and recommend e-commerce technologies applications and digital solutions that improve operational efficiency scalability and customer experience.
Serve as a strategic advisor by aligning digital commerce initiatives with business objectives revenue growth and long-term e-commerce strategy.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business E-Commerce Digital Marketing Communications or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
Three or more years of experience in e-commerce marketing digital marketing or online marketplace management.
Hands-on experience managing Shopify Amazon Seller Central or similar e-commerce platforms and marketplace ecosystems.
Strong knowledge of SEO SEM Google Ads Meta Ads Manager email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo and digital analytics tools including Google Analytics.
Experience managing product information inventory synchronization product lifecycle management and online merchandising.
Strong understanding of website optimization conversion rate optimization customer journey mapping and user experience best practices.
