We are looking for a highly skilled Dynatrace Engineer with hands-on experience in Dynatrace Observability Davis AI and Dynatrace Intelligence to enhance the monitoring performance optimization and AI-driven operational capabilities of enterprise applications and cloud environments.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing implementing and optimizing end-to-end observability solutions leveraging Dynatraces AI-powered platform. This role requires expertise in application performance monitoring infrastructure monitoring cloud observability automated root cause analysis and proactive incident management using Davis AI and Dynatrace Intelligence.

Key Responsibilities
- Design implement and manage enterprise-wide monitoring and observability solutions using Dynatrace.
- Configure and maintain Dynatrace OneAgent ActiveGate Synthetic Monitoring and Real User Monitoring (RUM).
- Utilize Davis AI for automated anomaly detection problem correlation root cause analysis and predictive insights.
- Leverage Dynatrace Intelligence capabilities to improve operational efficiency and reduce mean time to resolution (MTTR).
- Develop observability dashboards alerts reports and service-level monitoring frameworks.
- Monitor application performance infrastructure health cloud services and user experience across distributed environments.
- Collaborate with DevOps SRE Cloud Infrastructure and Application teams to improve platform reliability and performance.
- Implement monitoring strategies for containerized and cloud-native environments.
- Create automation workflows for incident detection remediation and escalation.
- Support performance testing capacity planning and application optimization initiatives.
- Develop best practices for observability monitoring governance and operational excellence.
- Integrate Dynatrace with ITSM and collaboration platforms such as ServiceNow Jira PagerDuty and Microsoft Teams.
