Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager located in the Greater Chicago Area. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily operational tasks manage staff schedules ensure timely delivery of products and maintain high service quality. Additional responsibilities include assisting with logistics planning resolving customer issues and coordinating with suppliers and vendors.

• Experience in logistics and supply chain management
• Proficiency in using logistics software and tools
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer issues
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Logistics or related field preferred
• Prior experience in a supervisory role is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
