Assist with complete care of dietary hygiene bathing grooming and dressing needs including assisting with restroom and other activities of daily living (ADLs).Essential FunctionsOutline and prepare daily routine(s) for clients (visual and active) as written in Individual Program the needs and goals of each resident by participating in the development of IPP/ISP a clean safe and healthy environment for the the needs and goals of each resident by taking them to visit family and friends to preferred leisure/recreation activities and encouraging them to socialize among clients with personal care such as grooming bathroom needs changing clients undergarments and/or clothing if daily meals and assist with need to transport clients in personal vehicle and reimbursed for any incidents or problems and communicate daily with other duties assignedEducation and Experience:1 year experience supporting adults with developmental disabilities crisis management behavior management and School Diploma/GEDMust be at least 21 years of have a California Drivers must successfully pass all pre-employment requirements including but not limited to a background (Crisis Prevention Intervention) (Preferred or willing to obtain within the first 6 months of hire).Must have First Aid / RequirementsMust be able to lift to work both indoors and outdoors in all weather RemotelyNoVISIT OUR CAREER WEBSITE AT:
