Essential Job Functions

• Sourceslocalover the road CDLowneroperators and communicatesthe benefits of driving with Crane Freightat the assigned location.
• Facilitates thetransitionofdrivers into the Crane organizationat the local station.
• Consistently achieve and exceed the assignedstationrecruiting goals.
• Manage and reduce the cost per hire associated with driver recruiting and processing.
• Work as a team with other support staff to provide day to day solutions.
• Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements

• Job may require extended sitting or standing use of standard office equipment.
• Talking hearing and using hands to operate computer equipment. Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
• May require travel to client and site locations to support implementation activities including on-site presence during go-live periods.
• Job will require presence at the assigned work location.
