About ThedaCare!

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Transports residents to activities or appointments throughout the community to promote their health and wellbeing.

• Assists residents entering or exiting the vehicle to ensure a high level of safety.

• Maintains a schedule of outings and appointments as well as route information and weather conditions to ensure safety timely departure and arrival and excellent customer service.

• Performs daily checks and coordinates routine maintenance according to Wisconsin mandated guidelines to ensure customer safety.

• Records rider information that includes date outing name and list of residents. Tracks resident locations to document trends and transportation activities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School diploma or GED preferred

• Must be 18 years of age

• Valid Wisconsin drivers license appropriate for type of vehicle to be driven

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Ability to move freely (standing stooping walking bending pushing and pulling) and lift up to a maximum of fifty (50) pounds without assistance

• Job classification is not exposed to blood borne pathogens (blood or bodily fluids) while performing job duties

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Indoors/Outdoors

• All weather conditions
