Driver (CDL with passenger endorsement required)

As a Driver you will play a key role in providing safe reliable and professional transportation services for guests and resort operations. This position requires excellent customer service strong driving skills and a commitment to safety while ensuring guests enjoy a positive experience from start to finish.

What Youll Do as a Driver:

Safely transport guests and passengers to designated locations while following all traffic laws and company safety policies.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure vehicles are safe and operational.
Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report maintenance concerns promptly.
Provide exceptional guest service and assist passengers with questions directions and transportation needs.
Utilize GPS and local area knowledge to navigate efficiently and maintain timely schedules.
Maintain accurate transportation logs and required documentation.
Assist with loading and unloading luggage equipment or other items as needed.
Monitor traffic and road conditions and adjust routes accordingly.
Represent Westgate Resorts professionally through appearance communication and guest interactions.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

What You Will Bring as a Driver:

Valid CDL Drivers License with Passenger Endorsement required.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Safe driving record and commitment to transportation safety.
Basic vehicle maintenance and inspection knowledge.
Proficiency using GPS navigation systems and mobile devices.
Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism in guest-facing situations.

Requirements:

Ability to lift and transport items up to 50 pounds.
Must be available to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.
Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Required to pass a background check drug test and provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
Must uphold Westgate Resorts standards of professionalism safety and guest service.
