Qualifications
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist in basic production requirements including operation of off-hand die grinders blast equipment and general bit movement.
- Initial understanding of repair process to assist more senior operators as needed.
- Operation of pressure washer to clean bits breakers and boxes from field locations
- Operation of the OD Grinder and/or centerless grinder as necessary.
- Proper painting schemes for completed bits including inspection of nozzle geometries to ensure proper fit.
- Responsible for completion of all applicable paperwork.
- Responsible for dye-pen application on product as required
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred OR repair experience in lieu of education
- Adheres to HSE requirements
- Working hours identified by manager
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs and 15 lbs at least 25 times in repetition preferred
- Must be able to communicate proficiently in the English language
