Drains Drain Technician

• Respond to residential service calls and customer inquiries
• Diagnose and troubleshoot drain and sewer system issues
• Perform drain cleaning using professional equipment and techniques
• Conduct camera inspections to identify blockages breaks and other drainage concerns
• Operate hydro-jetting equipment to clean and restore drain lines
• Prepare accurate estimates and explain recommended services to customers
• Maintain repair and restore drain and sewer systems
• Inspect plumbing and drainage systems for safety functionality and performance
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional appearance
• Accurately document work performed and communicate findings with customers and management

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Drain Technician or Drain Cleaner
• Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical ability to perform the duties of the position including lifting bending and working in various environments
• Positive attitude strong work ethic and willingness to learn new methods and technologies
