Job Title: Drain Technician

Work Location: Lincoln NE and surrounding area

Work Arrangement: On-Site and field-based

Employment Type: Full-Time

Schedule: MondayFriday with daily hours varying based on business demand. This is a variable full-time role (up to 40 hours/week) where weekly hours fluctuate with seasonal needs and project volume. Occasional evenings weekends or overtime may be required to meet deadlines and participation in a rotating on-call schedule for emergency drain services is required.

Travel: Daily travel to residential/commercial job sites throughout the local branchs service region.

Compensation: $20-25 per hour based on experience performance-based incentive bonuses!

What Youll Do:

Perform residential and light commercial drain cleaning maintenance and inspections.
Operate cable machines jetters and sewer cameras to diagnose and clear blockages.
Provide repair or replacement recommendations with clear communication and integrity.
Deliver outstanding customer service through education empathy and professionalism.
Maintain accurate and timely job documentation in ServiceTitan.
Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean organized work environment.
Support teammates and contribute to a positive collaborative culture.

What You Bring:

Experience:1 years of residential or commercial drain cleaning experience preferred.
Licensing: Must possess a valid drivers license with an insurable record.
Integrity:High integrity with a strong desire for continuous improvement.
Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude technical troubleshooting and a practical problem-solving mindset. Exceptional verbal and written skills with a focus on educating clients overcoming hesitation and guiding homeowners to the right service choices on-site.
Compliance: Must be able to pass a background check and a drug screening in accordance with local laws and regulations.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

Ability to lift and/or carry up to 50-75 lbs.
Ability to frequently stoop kneel and crouch to work in tight spaces.
Ability to climb and work from ladders.
Must be able to work in both extreme heat and cold as well as adverse weather conditions.
Must be able to push pull and carry heavy equipment.

Compensation:

Base Pay Range: $20-25 per hour
Range Basis: Within this range an individuals starting pay is determined by several factors including but not limited to relevant skills qualifications professional experience and internal equity across our organization.
Other Compensation: Overtime eligibility and performance-based incentive bonuses. See benefits listed above.
Overtime Classification: Hourly non-exempt
Pay Frequency: Bi-Weekly
