Downstream Business Readiness & Deployment Lead

Job Description

TheBusiness Readiness & Deployment Leadis responsible for ensuring Downstream business organizations are prepared to successfully adopt and deploy new capabilities processes and technologies. This role leads business readiness planning stakeholder engagement training and adoption activities deployment preparation and post-go-live stabilization to minimize operational disruption and maximize business value. The position serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders operations project teams and deployment teams to drive organizational readiness and successful business transition.
Key Responsibilities
Lead business readiness and deployment activities for Downstream releases.
Coordinate stakeholder engagement communications training and adoption efforts.
Assess readiness identify gaps and drive mitigation plans.
Support testing cutover go-live and hypercare activities.
Manage deployment risks issues and resource requirements.
Ensure successful business adoption and realization of expected benefits
