Job Summary
Job Summary:
The Dough Maker is responsible for but not limited to the following mixing and loading ingredients into dough kettleaccording tobatch sheets in a timely manner transporting dough to production areas for use cleaning machine parts and tools and ensuring general housekeeping is maintained to meet GMP quality and safety regulations.
Essential Job Functions:
Ability to work safely and follow all safety rules policies and regulations
Ability to work the scheduled/assigned times andovertime for position
Ability tomoveup to55lbs.
Good communicationskills
Basic math skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to move wheeled cart weighing approximately 1200lbsapproximately30 feet
Job Duties:
Obtain daily schedule and tools/utensils necessary for start up
Compete all required documentation in English(e.g. scale verification batch blend time blend SSOP ABM belt check centerline check inventory tracking form)
Overview and assemble cleaned machine parts as
Set machine controls to proper settingsaccording toprocedure
Loadingredients to dough kettles andmonitorbatch process
Review SAP recipes in English
Transport dough to the linein a timely manner
Clean machine partstoolsand utensils and return to 5s position
Perform general housekeeping duties (e.g. sweeping mopping etc.)
May perform other duties as assigned
KnowledgeSkillsand AbilitiesRequired:
Ability to understand theaffectsofproduct damageand loss
Ability to solve problems independently
Ability to workindividually as well aswith others as a team at all levels
Knowledge of GMPs
Ability to be LOTO certified
Ability to be PIT certified
Ability to work with pork chickenbeefand shellfish products in addition to many other ingredients and allergens
Qualifications:
Education: Highschool diploma or GEDpreferred.
Experience: Minimum3months ofproductionor relatedexperience.
