KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Guest Service Superstar: You bring the warm vibes and top-tier service that make guests feel right at home. Whether its a quick question or a big request youre all about making their stay unforgettable.
- Communication Champ: You know how to get the message acrossclearly confidently and with a smile. Whether its chatting with guests or coordinating with the team you keep things flowing smoothly.
- Quick-Thinking Problem Solver: When challenges pop up youre already on it. You think fast act smart and turn potential hiccups into happy endings.
- Multitasking Marvel: Juggling reservations check-ins check-outs and financial details No problem. You keep it all organized and running like clockwork.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
- Familiarity with hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite.

DoubleTree by Hilton Grand Key Resort offers free shuttle service to and from historic Old Town Key West and Key West International Airport Doubletree Resort by Hilton Grand Key Resort Key West. Guests can take a refreshing plunge in the pool or grab a bite to eat at the on-site restaurant. Complimentary WiFi is provided for all guests. The airport is 2 minutes drive from the property. Rooms feature a flat-screen TV with cable channels. A small refrigerator and coffee maker are provided as well. Select rooms feature a private balcony sofa beds and additional living space.
