If youre an experienced SNF/LTC DON who thrives on challenges enjoys walking into a building and making an immediate impact and is ready for something different this is the opportunity to put your leadership skills to work across multiple facilities.

A stable and established SNF/LTC parent company is adding a Corporate DON Float to its talented clinical leadership team. Youll travel throughout Californias Central Valley stepping into facilities that need strong clinical leadership direction and support.

This is NOT your typical DON role.

You wont be tied to one building one team or the same challenges every day. Youll become a key clinical resource for facilities throughout the region while working alongside an experienced corporate team.

WHAT YOULL BE DOING

• Provide hands-on DON leadership across multiple SNF/LTC facilities
• Step into buildings that need experienced clinical leadership and direction
• Assess clinical operations and quickly identify priorities
• Support survey readiness quality initiatives staffing compliance and resident care
• Coach mentor and develop nursing leadership teams
• Partner with Administrators and corporate clinical leadership
• Help stabilize teams and bring consistency to clinical operations
• Jump into challenging situations and be the clinical leader who gets things moving in the right direction

• Youre an experienced SNF/LTC DON who doesnt need to be micromanaged

TRAVEL IS PART OF THE JOB

This is a true float position. Travel throughout Californias Central Valley is required including overnight stays.
