Job Summary

Strongbow Strategies LLC (Strongbow) is actively recruiting for a Document Imaging Supervisor to join our project team in Lenexa KS.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

The work covered is primarily focused on records that are most used for Records Management Activities for BTFA to support day-to-day operations at the AIRR and DCE. The Digitization Support Services include the following tasks: project management document preparation reassembly management digitization services quality control (includes but not limited to data validation & correction). These tasks are required for the support of day-to-day and special project (digitization services only) operations at the AIRR and the Digital Center of Excellence (DCE).

  • Foster build and maintain strong working relationships with clients.
  • Manage and oversee staff and resources through coordination of tasks scheduling and prioritization and completion of assignments.
  • Conduct project quality control functions.
  • Train hire coach evaluate and lead support staff members.
  • Create review and report project data use data analysis to solve potential problems or strengthen performance.
  • Review administer and submit hiring and termination paperwork.

Essential Skills:

  • Must have experience in Document Preparation Imaging Quality Control and Reassembly Management
  • Must have experience with National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) records guidelines
  • Strong planning critical thinking problem-solving and task/time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal leadership coaching and verbal/written communication skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze information and develop effective solutions.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency - Outlook/Excel/Word/Adobe.
  • Experience with client communications.
  • Self-motivated & able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive responsive & willing to help where needed.
  • Bachelors degree in business administration or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years direct experience in document management and imaging
