Document Control Coordinator 1st Shift (Hybrid)

• 1st Shift: Mon Fri 8am 4:30pm
• Hybrid: In-office Mon Weds

What you will do

As the Document Control Coordinator you will be responsible for accurate review and processing of documentation (packets) through the quality system

• Verify accurate completion of change orders and other documentation
• Create approval routes and maintaining packet routing as appropriate
• Participate in the validation and implementation of system upgrades/updates
• Participate in Change Approval Board (CAB) meetings and documenting any decisions made
• Train and assist in the development of training for new users of the quality system
• Perform functions of the MasterControl system administrator (i.e. maintain users rights and roles etc.)

What you need

Required

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Two (2) years of relevant experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook Excel Word PowerPoint etc.)

Preferred

• Associates degree
• Experience in technical writing or legal background

$23.08 - $31.22 USD Hourly
