Key Responsibilities:

• Route Planning:
  • Develop optimized delivery routes to ensure efficient and cost-effective package deliveries considering variables such as traffic weather and delivery deadlines.
• Realtime Tracking:
  • Monitor delivery drivers progress using GPS technology proactively addressing potential delays by keeping an eye on their location and estimated arrival times.
• Communication:
  • Maintain open communication lines with drivers providing clear instructions addressing queries and updating them on any changes in delivery schedules.
• Problem Solving:
  • Quickly tackle unforeseen challenges like traffic congestion or customer availability issues finding alternative solutions to ensure timely deliveries.
• Customer Interaction:
  • Interact with customers when necessary offering delivery updates addressing inquiries and handling any concerns professionally.
• Data Management:
  • Use data and analytics tools to gather insights on delivery performance identify trends and suggest enhancements to optimize delivery operations.
• Coordination with Distribution Centers:
  • Collaborate with our distribution center to ensure a seamless flow of packages manage loading/unloading and oversee inventory levels.
• Emergency Response:
  • Be prepared to handle emergencies by coordinating with emergency services ensuring driver safety and minimizing service disruptions.
• Adaptability:
  • Stay adaptable to changing delivery volumes routes schedules and remain informed about updates in delivery policies and procedures.
