District Substitute Teachers

Position Summary:
Substitute Teachersreplace full-time classroom teachers for a determined period of role consists of implementing existing lesson plans overseeing classroom activities assigning homework following the full-time teachers instructions and grading tests.

Qualifications:
- Hold an existing MN Teaching License for long-term substitute positions
- Hold an existing MN Short-Call Substitute Teaching License for short-term substitute positions

Rate of Pay:
$206/dayfor full-day assignments // $29.43/hour for non-full-day assignments

Benefits offered for Teaching Long Term Substitutes:
Eligible for Health and Dental Insurance (single or family) after 12 weeks of uninterrupted service as a long-term substitute for the same teacher or for any other professional covered by the OEA Master Agreement.
