TITLE OF POSITION: District Paraprofessional Substitute

Now through the end of 2026-2027 school year

Five (5) days per week

STARTING DATE: Immediate

CLOSING DATE: Until Filled

LOCATION: To be determined daily based on the need of the district

• District Paraprofessional Sub will plan to start their day at their home building. If a paraprofessional sub position is needed they will be assigned to that position to start the day or as the day progresses to a position that requires a paraprofessional sub.
• If another building in the district is short paraprofessional subs the district may choose to pull the district paraprofessional sub from their base building.

Pay Rate: $15.45 per hour

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Experience in the school setting preferred

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Escort and supervise individual students and/or groups of students both in and outside the building as needed.
• Assist with the preparation of instructional materials for use in the assigned classroom.
• Maintain professional confidentiality both in the school and out in the community.
• Regular and predictable attendance is required.
• Other duties as assigned by the Building Principal.
