Supporting a renowned QSR brand the Multi-Unit Manager role blends hands-on leadership daily operations and business performance giving you the opportunity to make a direct impact every day. This person will oversee 3-5 locations in a designated territory. A normal schedule is about 50 hours/week and this includes Sundays holidays and weekends.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides leadership and oversight for all training initiatives within the territory.
- Assists Store Managers with hiring disciplining and training of crew members.
- Creates sales programs to leverage business opportunities.
- Establishes budgets and leads Store Managers to maintain labor budgets food cost targets guest surveys and brand standards.
- Oversees store performance; forecast sales data and trends to best support business and staffing needs.
- Cover for Store Managers days off as needed.
- Support daily operations of stores as needed.
What Were Looking For
- Qualified candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Quick-service restaurant experience is required.
- This is a leadership role; a demonstrated understanding of confidentiality is required.
- This is a hands-on position; candidates should be able to sit stand traverse etc. for up to 12 hours and lift up to 50lbs.
Compensation: $55000.00 - $68000.00 per year
