What Youll Do
Build and sustain a deep succession pipeline of GMs Assistant Managers and Shift Leaders ready to step up
Own district P&L drive top-line sales growth manage labor productivity and keep food cost tight
Coach and inspire GMs through structured goal-setting ongoing feedback and real accountability
Champion guest experience and operational standards across every location every day
Lead community engagement make your restaurants the heartbeat of their neighborhoods
What You Bring
5 years in restaurant management including 3 years leading multiple units
2 years overseeing both front-of-house and kitchen operations in a QSR environment
A servant-leadership mindset you win by making your team win first
Sharp analytical skills with a bias for fast decisive action
Strong communication skills that connect people to purpose and drive results
Proficiency with POS systems restaurant technology and Microsoft Office
Willingness to travel throughout the district regularly
