Salary: $65000 $75000 / year competitive bonus structure

We are a rapidly growing high-energy craveable food brand looking for a dynamic results-driven District Manager to oversee our locations in the Baltimore area. If you are a culture-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment knows how to coach talent and is obsessed with operational excellence we want you on our team.
In this role you will have full operational and financial accountability for multiple high-volume locations. You will be the driving force behind guest satisfaction team development and market profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Financial Success: Complete P&L accountability for your patch. Maximize sales growth manage labor and food costs and optimize profitability across all locations.
Lead & Develop Talent: Recruit train and mentor General Managers. Build a strong pipeline of future leaders and foster a positive high-energy team culture.
Uphold Operational Excellence: Ensure all standard operating procedures food safety protocols and product quality standards are strictly maintained.
Guest Obsessed: Maintain a laser focus on speed of service order accuracy and guest satisfaction to keep our fans coming back.
Strategic Market Growth: Conduct regular restaurant visits audit performance and implement localized marketing and operational strategies to outperform competitors.
What Were Looking For
Experience: 3 years of multi-unit management experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or Fast Casual industry.
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in managing P&Ls driving sales growth and developing General Managers.
Leadership Style: A hands-on leader who leads by example communicates effectively and knows how to motivate diverse teams.
Locational Knowledge: Familiarity with the Baltimore market is highly preferred.
Flexibility: Ability to travel regularly across the Baltimore area and work flexible hours including nights and weekends based on business needs.
