Salary: $65000 $75000 / year competitive bonus structure

We are a rapidly growing high-energy craveable food brand looking for a dynamic results-driven District Manager to oversee our locations in the Baltimore area. In this role you will have full operational and financial accountability for multiple high-volume locations. You will be the driving force behind guest satisfaction team development and market profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Financial Success: Complete P&L accountability for your patch. Maximize sales growth manage labor and food costs and optimize profitability across all locations.
  

• Lead & Develop Talent: Recruit train and mentor General Managers. Build a strong pipeline of future leaders and foster a positive high-energy team culture.
  

• Uphold Operational Excellence: Ensure all standard operating procedures food safety protocols and product quality standards are strictly maintained.
  

• Guest Obsessed: Maintain a laser focus on speed of service order accuracy and guest satisfaction to keep our fans coming back.
  

• Strategic Market Growth: Conduct regular restaurant visits audit performance and implement localized marketing and operational strategies to outperform competitors.
  

What Were Looking For

• Experience: 3 years of multi-unit management experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or Fast Casual industry.
  

• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in managing P&Ls driving sales growth and developing General Managers.
  

• Leadership Style: A hands-on leader who leads by example communicates effectively and knows how to motivate diverse teams.
  

• Locational Knowledge: Familiarity with the Baltimore market is highly preferred.
  

• Flexibility: Ability to travel regularly across the Baltimore area and work flexible hours including nights and weekends based on business needs.
