Job Summary
At OneMain District Managers leadteamscommitted to sales andcustomer service. The District Managerinspires theteam to obtain short- and long-term growth and profitobjectivesof assigned branches through the development of new business and marketplace presence.
IN THE ROLE
Direct activities in the branches supervising and ensuring that proper steps are taken toretaincustomers manage branch portfolios and correct any salesoperationsor profit deficiencies
Ensures consumer loan investments are made consistent with company policies and sound investment practices
Responsible for personnel management to include manager and staff training performance and developing goals for each manager and branch
Builds business partnerships to addadditionalvalue that is beneficial to the district its teammembersand customers
Optimizesprofitability and controls operating expenses of the district supervisingapproximately 8-10branch offices
Requirements
Bachelors degree in business related field orequivalent related work experience
Ability toattract anddevelopdiverse talent
3yearsrelevantmanagement experience
Strong analytical abilityand ableto effectively communicate with all levels ofemployeesmanagementand customers
Demonstrated success in achieving goals working in fast paced environment
Successful completion of all required trainings
Ability to travel andacceptable motor vehicle records history
