Distribution Technician

You may never meet the patients who receive treatment at Legacy but you play a vital role in ensuring they receive the best possible care. Your keen organizational skills guarantee that the right tools and parts are ready for any situationwhether routine or a lifesaving emergency. Your accuracy in inventory management ordering and restocking end-user departments directly supports our ongoing mission of making life better for others.

• Execute facility-wide distribution of supplies and equipment.

• Manage inventory ordering and restocking for end-user departments.

• Handle distribution shipping and receiving of supplies and equipment.

• Maintain inventory levels and data integrity for par locations.

• Ensure customer satisfaction to support quality patient care.

Education:

• High school diploma or GED required.

Experience:

• Warehouse inventory and medical supply experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other computer applications in a network setting.

Skills:

• Demonstrated customer service orientation.
• Must be able to do simple mathematical calculations
• Must be able to perform simple computer tasks.
• Must possess good organizational skills.
• Ability to speak read and write English effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work with a wide variety of people in a professional and effective manner.
• Ability to work under pressure of deadlines.
• Able to work independently.
