Shift: 3rd Shift 12:00PM - 8:30AM Days off Monday/Wednesday
Starting Pay: $18/hr
What Youll Do (Day-to-Day)
We are seeking an accurate detail-oriented professional to join our production this role you will hold accountability for the final safety and quality checks of our products before they reach the customer.
Quality Control: Accurately inspect separate and package all custom print and label products according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Shipping & Logistics: Ensure all packages are accurately prepared and routed to the correct destination using our digital ERP system to log material and time.
Safety First: Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment utilizing required PPE at all times.
Team Collaboration: Actively support coworkers and adjust to shifting production priorities to help the department meet critical delivery deadlines.
Qualifications :
What You Bring (Requirements)
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Strong attention to detail with a zero-defect mindset for evaluating quality tolerances.
Reliable attendance and a strong commitment to punctuality.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of a shift.
Strong color vision and close-range visual acuity.
Flexibility to work overtime or alternative shifts as production demands change.
