WHO YOU ARE
As our Distribution Operator 2 you will be responsible for assembly of product and operating an electric pallet jack or tugger for the purpose of moving locating relocating stocking and counting merchandise in accordance with production standards. All associates must be able to cross train in all core distribution functions including picking rework returns display building unload of imports and possess basic WMS skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Positions parts according to knowledge of unit being assembled or following traveler packet
- Fastens parts together with bolts screws speed clips and other fasteners
- Positions parts in specified relationship to another
- May work on a line or in a cell where tasks and product may vary
- Picking and staging product and materials using an electric pallet jack or a tugger
- Pull and prepare product for shipment ensuring the exact number and types of product are loaded
- Keep appropriate and reports for inventory accurateness
- Comply with all OSHA regulations and MSDS standards
- Report quality variances
- Maintain the facilities equipment and materials in a neat clean orderly fashion
- Assist in physical inventories
- Ensure proper stock rotation
- Conduct operations in a manner promoting safety
- All other duties as required
Compensation: $19.13/hr

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision distance vision peripheral vision depth perception and ability to adjust focus as well as ability to distinguish changes in shade of color. The ability to lift on occasion up to 50 lbs.
