Distribution Coordinator

• Perform all daily functions of assigned Clients.

• Familiar in WMS and computerized inventory control system and its procedures.
• Conduct inventory cycle count and stock take ensure inventory accuracy meets KPI.
• Perform invoicing through company portal and conducts billings including associated backup and documentation.
• Provide daily operational reports accurately and timely.
• Perform daily data entry for receiving order allocation shipping and inventory management and audits picking activities.
• Provide warehouse staff with necessary documents and information needed to complete receiving and to ship orders.
• Provide support with other miscellaneous projects filing and research.
• Rating of domestic transportation bills.
• Receive and handle customer enquiry with Supervisory guidance.

Qualifications :

• Proficiency operating warehouse equipment including forklifts electric pickers and pallet jacks

• Physical capability to perform physical tasks including unloading moving boxes and standing for extended periods

• Fluent in written and spoken English required; Bilingual fluent in spoken Spanish strongly preferred

• Ability to read English and work from packing lists and location labels across multiple sites simultaneously

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to give clear patient direction to seasonal temp labor and flex tone and approach across a fast-changing floor 

• Experience informally leading training or directing temp or seasonal labor

• Familiarity with computer-based inventory management systems

• Prior experience in a hyperseasonal or education-related operations environment
