Pay: $22 $25 per hour
Schedule: Tuesday Friday & either Saturday OR Sunday 11:30 AM 8:00 PM

We are seeking a highly organized HVAC Dispatcher to coordinate scheduling and support our residential HVAC service technicians. This role is critical to ensuring efficient dispatch technician routing and customer scheduling throughout the day in a fast-paced high-volume environment. This position is on-site in Tinton Falls NJ

As an HVAC Dispatcher you will:

• Dispatch HVAC service technicians efficiently to meet customer appointment times
• Manage incoming service requests and schedule heating and air conditioning service calls
• Coordinate technician routing and job assignments to maximize efficiency
• Monitor call flow through the HVAC service platform and dispatch system
• Communicate with technicians and customers to provide updates on HVAC service appointments
• Support field teams throughout the day by adjusting schedules and resolving routing issues
• Maintain accurate service scheduling and ensure technicians remain productive

What You Need

• Proven experience as a Dispatcher
• Experience managing 1520 technicians in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage a high-volume workload (200 daily appointments) with accuracy
• Strong proficiency in Google Maps and manually routing calls
• Familiarity with Northern and Southern New Jersey geography preferred
• Prior experience in dispatch scheduling or call center environments (HVAC or home services preferred)
• Strong communication customer service and problem-solving skills
• Excellent multitasking abilities with the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and multi-line phone systems
• Ability to work in-office daily (no remote work available)
• Flexibility to work assigned shifts and either Saturday or Sunday
