Job Summary
Join our team in Rayne LA as a Dispatcher! In this fast paced role youll be the vital connection between our customers drivers and operations team. Youll coordinate commercial and roll off service requests dispatch work orders troubleshoot service issues and help keep daily operations running smoothly. What Youll Do:
Provide exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls emails and inquiries regarding service requests account changes billing questions and service issues.
Establish update and cancel customer accounts process payments maintain accurate records and perform data entry within company systems.
Schedule dispatch route and reroute work orders to drivers based on operational needs and customer requirements.
Investigate missed pickups and coordinate timely service recovery to ensure customer satisfaction.
Communicate with drivers supervisors and other departments to resolve operational issues and ensure efficient service delivery.
Utilize dispatch routing and customer management software to monitor daily operations manage work orders and meet time sensitive deadlines.
Qualifications:
Previous dispatch customer service transportation logistics or waste industry experience preferred.
Proficiency withMS WordExcel andemail systemspreferred
Strong typing and10-key skillsrequired
Excellent organizational and communication abilities
Strongproblem-solving skillswith the ability to gather data compile information and prepare reports
