The dishwasher is responsible for ensuring all dishes glassware utensils pots and pans are cleaned and sanitized and ready for the kitchen staff to serve up!

  On the job:

  • Operate dish washing machine or hand wash dishes glassware utensils pots and pans

  • Maintain preparation and service areas in a sanitary condition empty trash and move to dump site comply with local sanitation standards

  • Perform opening and closing procedures; contributes to overall cleanliness and organization of facility
