Renaissance Milwaukee West a premium distinctive AAA Four Diamond hotel is seeking a Dishwasher to join our Culinary Team in EldrRime.

Summary:

The steward/dishwasher is responsible for setting up the prep station stocking inventory and maintaining sanitation standards.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Sort wash and return dishes and utensils to food operations areas throughout the hotel
• Maintain a clean and efficient workstation
• Expedite clean dishes and utensils to the cook line and other areas as needed
• Remove trash during and at the end of the shift
• Clean and store floor mats

Qualifications:

• Prior experience working in a restaurant hotel and/or dishwashing/stewarding position a plus.

Compensation:

• The starting hourly pay for this position is $15.00.
