Director Sales, Data & Analytics (Hybrid)

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate to lead enterprise sales efforts into the asset management industry. This role is focused on selling our numerous data & analytics offerings into mutual fund and ETF manufacturers. The Sales Executive will develop opportunities work with the product and business leaders to close engagements and play a key role in driving adoption of our platform across the asset management marketplace.

What Youll Do

• Own and lead the end-to-end sales cycle for Broadridges suite of solutions (software data reporting and analysis).
• Identify qualify scope price lead contract negotiations with precision and professionalism. To close new business opportunities within both new and existing accounts.
• Maintain strong product fluency to align client needs with Broadridges data & analytics capabilities including Tier 1 and 2 accounts.
• Expand relationships and cross-sell Broadridge capabilities beyond initial entry points.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Broadridge sales teams to identify enterprise-level opportunities.
• Engage internal stakeholders across legal finance product and leadership to ensure smooth deal execution.
• Represent Broadridge at key industry conferences events and forums.

What You Bring:

• 10 years of B2B sales experience including 5 years selling SaaS or technology-based solutions.
• Deep knowledge of the asset management industry with a network of senior-level contacts.
• A proven track record of meeting or exceeding software sales quotas.

• Consultative approach to selling with the ability to clearly link solutions to business outcomes.
• Comfort navigating large matrixed organizations and aligning multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication and presentation skillsconfident with both detail and strategy.
• High-level proficiency in tools like Salesforce Excel PowerPoint and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Strong organizational time management and self-motivation skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed to drive client engagement and close deals.
• Additional Credentials:
  • Experienced in holding prior asset management roles with the mutual fund or ETF marketplace.

Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $125000.00- $145000.00.

Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidates final salary including but not limited to relevant experience skills and education.

Bonus Eligibility: Bonus Eligible Commission Eligible.
