Responsibilities
As Director of Provider Contracting for Community Health Partners (CHP) you will lead the strategy administration compliance and financial oversight of provider employment and professional services agreements for the Medical Foundation. As the organizations expert in physician and advanced practice provider (APP) contracting and compensation you will ensure alignment with regulatory requirements fair market value (FMV) standards and organizational goals. This role oversees the full contract lifecycle including development execution compensation administration performance monitoring renewals and compliance management.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Healthcare Administration Finance Accounting or related field required
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in healthcare provider contracting physician compensation administration healthcare finance legal operations or medical group management required
- Experience working with FMV consultants physician compensation models and healthcare regulatory requirements required
