Key Responsibilities
Provides leadership and direction through senior managers to ensure that overall marketing function is effectively meeting the organizations strategic goals for more than one broad functional area Directs the development of market requirements for more than one broad functional area for specific products or product lines including product strategy definition requirement analysis technology product roadmaps and pricing. Directs the development of more than one broad functional area business plan assesses market penetration and product positioning to drive competitive advantage revenue and market share. Drives and executes an effective interface with engineering manufacturing and sales to develop new products and enhance existing products as well as communicate critical market needs and time requirements
Assists account teams in managing the customer account to enhance customer satisfaction and increase AMATs product and technical reputation.
Works with business unit in technology development and transfer to customers including customized process development. Plans unit process sequence based on customer requirements. Negotiates process specifications and service offerings with customers. Takes ownership of delivering the required solution to the customers that meets specification.
Serves as the customer expert across a broad range of products. Plays a key role in defining product strategy and identifying gaps. Provides feedback to business unit heads on process and hardware improvements to meet customer roadmap requirements.
Takes the lead in managing Oroduct development and capabilities as key development and builds strategic partnerships to evaluate new and emerging technologies and oversees joint development activities or beta-site testing programs. Makes executive level presentations.

YesThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location hire grade job-related knowledge skills experience and with consideration of internal equity of our current team addition to a comprehensive benefits package candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program as applicable.
For all sales roles the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
