Job Summary
SUMMARYThe Director Operations will direct and manage daily operational activities for their respective business unit. This employee is responsible for coordinating activities for the business unit inclusive of process updates strategy and other needs to help the FunctionsReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential implement and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes that provide visibility into goals progress and obstacles for our key staff meetings and act as the communication liaison regarding business unit business unit operations and customer service projects and ensure deliverables are completed consistently and on revenue by ensuring that the company maintains profit and expenditure goals by tracking and maintaining EBITDA goal. Manage department managers in addition to overseeing the larger team keeping balance and reporting levels in line with company standards. Oversee staffing by projecting needs based on growth and deciding when the addition of new department and management team members are necessary. Work with the human resources department to create job descriptions hire competent personnel and oversee employee training overall performance by gathering analyzing and interpreting data and accounting team on the collection process including escalation of issues with our sales and marketing in record retrieval initiatives that pertain to their respective business units. Implement key strategies and initiatives developed by the Records Executive Team for the business unit. Safeguards confidentiality of medical records and complies with all local state and federal laws pertaining to medical records.
