Director of Wellness

Our Director of Wellness:

• Leads Personal Care and Health Services programs ensuring high-quality care that meets resident needs regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Provides clinical oversight guidance and support to Personal Care team members.
• Develops updates and communicates clinical policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate resident care and ensure support plans are effectively implemented.
• Oversees medication management and the new resident admission process including assessments family communication and care coordination.
• Builds strong relationships with residents and families addresses concerns and provides ongoing education and training to support quality care and professional development.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of five (5) years experience in medical/surgical rehab or geriatric care including two (2) years experience as a Charge Nurse in geriatric care with progressive experience in an  administrative and supervisory capacity preferred.
• Active LPN license valid in the state of PA.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Knowledge of regulations for Assisted Living / Personal Care preferred.
• Ability to lead a team of nurses/caregivers in providing quality services.
