Job Summary

Angott Search Group is pleased to partner with a growing $2.8B credit union in the search for a Treasury Management Officer.

This position will play a key role in driving commercial deposit growth treasury services expansion and deepening business relationships throughout the organization. The Treasury Management Officer will provide leadership to the treasury sales team while collaborating closely with Commercial Lending and member engagement leaders to support business development initiatives and enhance member relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the Treasury Engagement Team.
  • Oversee the strategic direction development and execution of treasury management programs and services.
  • Manage a treasury portfolio focused on deposit growth treasury product expansion and relationship development.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing business members while expanding treasury and deposit relationships.
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for key commercial and business accounts.
  • Ensure a positive onboarding experience for treasury management members and maintain ongoing relationship follow-up.
  • Support operational efficiency client satisfaction and alignment between treasury sales goals and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with relationship managers treasury operations e-services teams and commercial banking partners to support business objectives.
  • Evaluate treasury products and services to identify opportunities for enhancement and delivery channel expansion.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Finance or related field or equivalent experience required.
  • 57 years of progressive experience in Commercial Business Development Treasury Management and/or Treasury Sales.
  • 5 years of leadership experience managing and developing teams.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial banking and treasury management products and services.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
  • Knowledge of credit union regulations products policies procedures and services.
  • Strong relationship-building and business development skills.
  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) Accredited ACH Professional designation and/or formal commercial credit training preferred.
