Job Summary:
The Director of Transactions oversees execution of refinancings acquisitions dispositions and major capital events across the portfolio. This role serves as the central transaction coordinator among lenders attorneys brokers consultants sellers buyers and internal stakeholders while also leading strategic initiatives that improve scalability and execution

Director of Transactions Responsibilities:
Acquisitions
- Manage acquisition timelines from LOI through closing.
- Coordinate due diligence activities and deliverables.
- Track critical dates and transaction milestones
- Coordinate third-party consultants attorneys lenders and sellers.
- Manage asset disposition processes.
- Coordinate marketing due diligence and closing activities.
- Interface with buyers brokers legal counsel and investors.
- Ensure timely completion of transaction requirements.
- Coordinate refinance transactions and lender requirements.
- Manage loan application diligence and closing processes.
- Track lender deliverables and closing conditions.
- Support debt strategy and capital event execution.
- Maintain transaction checklists timelines and reporting.
- Identify risks and proactively resolve issues.
- Develop standardized transaction management processes.
- Improve execution efficiency across all transaction types.
- Lead projects focused on operational improvement and scalability.
- Support cross-functional business initiatives.

Director of Transactions & Strategic Initiatives Qualifications:
- 3-7 years of real estate private equity transaction management lending consulting or related experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing acquisitions dispositions or refinancings.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- High level of attention to detail and execution discipline.
- Bachelors degree required
Success in the role:
- Transactions close efficiently and on schedule.
- Due diligence and closing processes become standardized and scalable.
- Transaction execution risk is reduced.
- Cross-functional coordination improves.
- Executive leadership can transition away from day-to-day transaction management.
