Director of TME Partnerships

Angott Search Group is partnering with a $2.5B Indiana credit union in the search for a Director of TME Partnerships.

This leadership role oversees key areas of Team Member Experience including business partnering recruiting and selection and performance management while supporting a positive and engaged workplace aligned with the credit unions values.

Responsibilities:

• Lead business partnering efforts across assigned Lines of Business providing HR guidance coaching and solutions.
• Oversee recruitment and selection strategies processes and applicant tracking systems.
• Coach Hiring Managers and TME Business Partners on effective recruiting and selection practices.
• Oversee orientation and onboarding efforts to deliver a consistent Team Member experience.
• Direct performance management processes including goal setting performance reviews disciplinary actions and improvement plans.
• Lead and develop TME Business Partners including performance management training and professional development.
• Conduct workplace accident and incident investigations and collaborate with leadership on resolution.
• Support Team Member engagement recognition morale and retention initiatives.
• Ensure TME practices documentation and processes align with employment regulations and organizational policies.
• Contribute to TME projects audits events and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in a related field.
• 58 years of similar or related experience.
• Experience in human resources employee relations talent acquisition or a related function.
• Leadership and people management experience.
• Strong coaching consulting communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of performance management recruiting employee engagement and employment practices
• Ability to build effective partnerships with leaders and Team Members across an organization
