Job Description: BROAD FUNCTION The Educational Opportunity Program (EOP) is a multifaceted program with the primary mission of supporting historically underrepresented students in their educational pathway including admission to EOP transition to college academic success retention and degree primary responsibility of the Director of EOP is the administration of the Educational Opportunity Program (EOP) ensuring compliance with the guidelines and policies of the New York State Education Department New York State Office of Opportunity Programs and OCC. The Director collaborates with academic departments student engagement and enrollment Director demonstrates a commitment to ensuring that economically and educationally disadvantaged students receive the services and support needed to achieve their academic and career goals.
